My name is Andrew, and for the last 10 years I’ve run a video production/ photography company called Xsight Photography & Cinemas.


At some point, things got busy. Really busy.
Clients needed shooters in different cities, on different days, for different budgets and it all landed on my plate.


I was overwhelmed.
I needed support.
I needed people I could trust, shooters to take care of shoots, editors to take care of edits, a team that wouldn’t drop the ball.


So I built Instant Crew because I needed it myself.

I spent years doing what every production company secretly hates doing:
